Ajax Manufacturing Company is pleased to announce the formation of a new division, d. b. a. Chambersburg Equipment Company.  Our Cleveland, OH factory space totals over 120,000 sq. ft. and is covered by a 150 ton crane with 40’ under hook.  The plant is served by rail and is easily accessible from Interstate 90.  As of December 30, 2004, we acquired all of the intellectual property of the former Chambersburg Engineering Co. from Chambersburg Engineering Acquisition Corporation, it having ceased operations.  These physical and intellectual capabilities enable us to build new hammers, Impacters, and wheel presses, and rebuild older Chambersburg machines.
